This section covers the basic technical equipment and access most NYU Langone Health employees need to work remotely. If you will be using an NYU Langone-managed device or are already familiar with remote access, proceed to step 4.

NYU Langone Sponsored Health Plan Transparency

NYU Langone Hospitals, NYU Grossman School of Medicine, NYU Langone Health System, and Sunset Park Health Council as plan sponsors of the UnitedHealthcare NYU Care, Aetna EPO, UnitedHealthcare EPO, and UnitedHealthcare Plus Plans; and NYU Langone MSO, Inc. as plan sponsor of the UnitedHealthcare EPO and UnitedHealthcare Plus Plans and on behalf of the Plans, provide the following machine-readable files pursuant to the Transparency in Coverage provisions of the Affordable Care Act:

Issues accessing applications hosted outside of NYU Langone Health using your NYULH Kerberos ID

If you are having issues accessing non-NYULH hosted applications with your Kerberos ID, call the NYU Langone Help Desk at 212-263-6868. Be sure to reference the URL or name of the application that you are attempting to access and where it is hosted.
