Please Note:
2-Factor Authentication verifies your identity using a second factor, like your phone or mobile device. It adds a second layer of security to remote logins, requiring extra information or a physical device to log in, in addition to your password. It prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password.
Why is 2-Factor Authentication important?
Q. I received a file called launch.ica what am I supposed to do with it?
A. You’ll need to download and install Citrix to open the file. See http://atnyulmc.org/help-documentation/downloads
If you are having issues launching a Citrix application after installing, you may have inadvertently associated the launch.ica file with another application eg Internet Explorer.
When accessing InsideHealth (also known as atnyulmc.org) remotely, there are 2 modes of access as noted below.
For both modes of access you will need to authenticate with DUO (click here to learn how to set up DUO) and to launch some applications you may need to download a Citrix Receiver or Workspace.
